Step 2: Processing and Evaluation
Once the note information is received, we will quickly review it and begin to prepare cash out options. We will call you to discuss these options with you. Once you agree to our offer, we will prepare and email our short and easy to understand purchase agreement. Once we receive the signed purchase agreement we will begin our analysis which includes Note evaluation, property valuation, and market assessment.
Step 3: Payment
After title review and all information has been verified, we will schedule a closing date at a local title company. For those note sellers who are not local, we can do mobile closings where we will send out a licensed and bonded public notary to meet with you.
